Rastriya Beema Company Limited hereby announces the written examination program and examination center for the Internal Competition, open and inclusive. This notice is intended to provide information to all concerned individuals.

Special Examination Center for Candidates with Covid-19 Infection:

Candidates who are infected with Covid-19 must inform the National Insurance Company Limited at least 3 hours before the examination.
A separate examination center will be arranged for these candidates, ensuring their safety and convenience.

Observations for Candidates:

Use only dot pen or pen with black ink while answering on the answer sheet.
Admit card is mandatory for admission to the examination. Candidates must bring the admit card and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.
Prohibited items include bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices. These should not be carried inside the examination hall.
Even in the case of an unexpected holiday on the examination day, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in capital letters (A, B, C, D) will be recognized.
Along with the admit card, candidates must bring a valid citizenship or any government-issued identity card with a photograph.
The examination will be conducted in compliance with the standards set by the Commission, as per the 2077 (Third Amendment) related to examination conduct and management in special cases of transition.
All examinees must fill the self-declaration form regarding their health condition electronically on the website of the National Insurance Company Limited.
Candidates infected with Covid-19 should inform the National Insurance Company Limited in advance about their condition, as arrangements will be made for them at a special examination center.

Additional Safety Measures during Covid-19 Infection: To ensure the safety of all candidates, the following precautions must be observed:

Before entering the examination center, candidates must wear a mask and carry sanitizer and drinking water.
Candidates should arrive at the examination center 1 hour before the scheduled time.
Maintain a distance of 2 meters when entering, leaving, and using the toilet facilities. Follow the designated paths to avoid crowding.
Avoid gathering and engaging in group discussions.
Examination personnel must strictly adhere to the given instructions.
