(c) Level-4, Service: Technical, Group/Subgroup: Civil, Post: Foreman

Required Documents:

A recent passport-size photograph (1 copy).
Certificate of Health (in the format as per Schedule-10 of Nepal Electricity Authority, Staff Service, Terms and Conditions 2075, with amendments).
Identification document (passport, certificate of citizenship, or any identification document).
Attested copies (1/1) of all educational qualification certificates by a Notary Public.
Permanent Account Number (PAN).
