Post-Result Procedures:

• Certificate Collection:
  • Regular/partial examinees of class 12th (with registration numbers starting with 78 and 79) who achieved at least a D grade in theoretical exams and a C grade in practical exams can collect their Transcript, Migration, and Provisional (TMP) certificates 15 days post the results announcement.
  • The fee for the certificate is Rs. 1,100/-. Schools are advised to send a representative to the board offices for certificate arrangements and not to charge more than the specified amount.
• Grade/Marks Discrepancies:
  • Candidates unsatisfied with their grades/marks can apply for a re-evaluation by paying Rs. 500 and submitting their grade sheet/mark sheet to the relevant NEB offices within 15 days of the results announcement.
• Errors in Results:
  • For any discrepancies in the results (wrong subject, name, registration number, etc.), candidates should contact the NEB or its relevant offices within 6 months of the results publication with the necessary documents.
• Grade Increase Test:
  • Regular examinees of the Class 12 annual examination conducted in Baisakh/May 2050 and others can participate in the grade increase test if they meet specific criteria.
• Technical Errors:
  • Any technical errors in the results will be rectified based on the original records of the Examination Control Office.
