Public Service Commission: Notification of Appointment of Examination Center for Undersecretary (Upa Sachiv) (Foreign Service)

The Public Service Commission's Examination Conducting Branch has released a notice, No. 1522/079-80, regarding the appointment of an examination center for the Undersecretary (Upa Sachiv) or equivalent post in the Nepal Foreign Affairs Service. This notification follows the referral mandate of the honorable Supreme Court and is in compliance with the Gazette published on 26.6.2079.

Cancellation of Advertisement:

In accordance with the notice published on 2079/12/29, the previously advertised positions for Second Class, Undersecretary, or similar roles have been canceled. Consequently, the examination for the said post will be conducted at the designated examination center.

Important Instructions for Candidates:

Writing Tools: Candidates are required to use a dot pen or a pen with black ink only when filling out the answer sheet. Other writing instruments are not allowed.
Admit Card: No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination without presenting their admit card. It is mandatory for candidates to bring their admit cards and arrive at the examination hall at least one hour before the commencement of the examination.
Prohibited Items: Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall to ensure a fair examination environment.
Examination Schedule: The scheduled examination program will not be postponed in case of unexpected holidays unless prior notice is provided by the Commission.
Required Documents: Candidates must bring their admit card along with their Nepali citizenship certificate, national identity card, or any other government-issued photo identification to the examination center.
Health Precautions: In consideration of infectious diseases, it is advised that candidates bring their own masks and drinking water for their health protection during the examination.
