Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Examination Notice 2080

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has issued an important notice regarding the application process for Regular / Partial Examinations for the second and third year of the semester examination system at the diploma level. This notice applies to candidates from a range of fields including Engineering, Food and Dairy Technology, Information Technology, Hotel Management, Agriculture (Plant Science and Animal Science), and Entrepreneurship Development.

Important Dates

• Deadline for students to submit the examination application form to the relevant school: From 2080/03/17 to 2080/03/31 until 3:00 PM
• Last date for schools to deposit the examination application fee: 2080/04/01
• Deadline for students to submit the examination application form to the relevant schools with late fee: From 2080/04/01 to 2080/04/07
• Last date for schools to deposit the late fees in the bank: 2080/04/08
• Deadline for schools to submit all the regular and late fee examination application forms and other necessary documents to the respective council, state offices: 2080/04/11

Note: Late entries will attract a late fee, and all entries must be completed by the respective deadlines.

Application Form Procedure

For Regular and Partial Examinations

1. The online application form must be filled by candidates registered from the academic session 2074/075 (2017 AD) using the ITMS Online system.
2. The application form must be printed on white A4 size paper for regular students and yellow paper for partial students.
3. The respective educational institutions must submit the examination application forms, properly organized into separate files for regular and partial candidates, as well as for new and old courses, to the provincial offices of the council within the specified date.

For Special Technical Education Scholarship Program

The candidates registered under the Special Technical Education Scholarship Program (Dalits, Muslims, and Endangered Castes) since the academic session 2074/075 (2017 AD) can apply for the regular/partial examination.

Examination Fees

Regular Candidates

• For the semester system, the regular examination fee is Rs. 2,000/-. If not paid within the prescribed time, a late fee, twice the regular examination fee, will be charged.
• For Council, Partnership, and Government/Community schools, the regular examination fee is Rs. 500/- only.

Partial Candidates

• The examination fee for one theoretical or practical subject is Rs. 300/- and Rs. 150/- for each additional theoretical or practical subject. Late fee submissions will require twice the regular fee.
• Partial examinees must be enrolled and registered in the academic session 2074/075 (2017 AD) to submit the exam application form.
• Examination fee will not be charged for regular side Jehendar and classified (free) scholarship candidates.

All vouchers should be attached to the examination application form.

Conditions for Candidature

• Results of the internal evaluation must be entered into the Web-Based Online System and printed copies must be submitted. The score of Internal Assessment will not be changed after the entry has been made.
• Only candidates who pass the internal assessment test will be allowed to join the final examination. If the candidates fail in the internal evaluation examination and join the examination mentioning the failed subject, their examination of that subject will be automatically cancelled.
• In the case of trainees registered from other schools, the name of that school should be mentioned in the examination application form.

Please ensure that all examination forms, fees, and other necessary documents are submitted within the specified timeframes to the respective council, state offices. Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in disqualification. All candidates are encouraged to comply with the instructions in the notice for a seamless examination process.
