Bagmati Province Public Service Commission Update

The Province Public Service Commission of Bagmati Province, located in Hetaunda, is responsible for overseeing administrative, monitoring, and information publication tasks. Examination and Results

For the fiscal years 2077/78 and 2078/79, the commission conducted examinations as per its annual schedule.
These exams covered various sectors including:
- Administration Services (general administration group)
- Agricultural Services
  - Agricultural extension
  - Plant protection
  - Horticulture
  - Veterinary
- 6th Level Posts Results: Results for Livestock Production, Dairy Development, fisheries group, and engineering services (civil group) have been announced.

Legal Impediments & Resolutions

For certain examinations, due to the introduction of the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Ordinance, 2079, and subsequently, the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Province Public Service Act 2079, there was a legal barrier to announcing results.
A writ was registered against the commission at the High Court Patan, Hetaunda Bench with the reference Writ No. 079-WO-0083.
In compliance with the Hon'ble Court's decision regarding the relevant authorities, there was a legal amendment request that was completed on 2080/06/23.
The announcement of results for the above-mentioned examinations will proceed after the completion of the legal amendment process.
