Descriptions
- Meeting with suitable vendors so that he/she can assess their products, negotiate pricing and communicate any products or service-related concerns;
- He/she should conduct the research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality;
- Conduct interviews with new vendors so that he/she can compare best pricing and product quality;
- Liaise between suppliers and restaurants to ensure their needs are being met;
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers;
- Coordinate all vendor’s management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees;
- Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service and product provided by the existing suppliers;
- Secure products and services at the best possible pricing without compromising on quality or service;
- Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are available and are more popular in the market;
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing vendor partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth within the vendors;
- Able to perform additional duties as requested by the management as and when required.
