Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates.

- Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage the store budget.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Establish and maintain relationships with furniture suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure favorable pricing and terms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
- Adjust product offerings based on market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on furniture or home goods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of furniture trends and styles.
Note: Previously worked as Furniture Store Manager will add a plus point.
