Jamuni Auto Center Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, including VAT and income tax.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.
- Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial processes and controls.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Thorough knowledge of tax, VAT, and accounting systems and processes.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Nepali and English languages.
- Valid two-wheeler license and able to commute independently.
