Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the SIM through the supervision of dispatchers, supervisors, leads, and all SIM Department staff.
- Manager to ensure proper information to clients/customers who have different inquiries and queries that are received through different communication channels
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in the SIM department
- Maintain control of the Cash Delivery process and oversee field staff compliance and accurate management of SIM flow and work reporting.
- Ensure delivery and collection of SIM from different designated outlets
- Lead the troubleshooting efforts from the SIM department, solve problems as they occur, and ensure service integrity.
