Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Courier Operations:
- Manage and supervise courier operations outside the valley, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with delivery agents, third-party logistics providers, and vendors to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
Parcel Monitoring & Route Optimization:
- Monitor parcel movement, resolve delivery issues, and optimize route planning for enhanced efficiency.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and service-related concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service-level agreements.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and suggest actionable improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, courier operations, or a similar role.
- Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional transport and delivery networks.
- Coordination & Communication: Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Travel Requirement: Ability to travel frequently within the designated region.
