Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bar-tending experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and a demonstrated ability to create innovative drinks.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and training junior staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage inventory and lead by example.
- Proficiency in cash handling, payment processing, and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Lifting and carrying trays, cases of beverages, and other supplies.
