> Learn and be proficient at Company systems (especially Seller Center) to coach sellers
> Negotiating deals for campaigns and ensuring your sellers participate in weekly campaigns & adopt seller tools
> Monitor seller performance to see which sellers require extra focus and ensure progress
> Determining and providing appropriate training & developing to sellers based on their performance
> Making sure sellers are aware of and comply with Company policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
> Ensure business growth of sellers while maintaining customer experience
Other skills and requirement:
> Must have Two Wheeler to make Seller Visits when Required
> Excellent Communication skills – calm and persuasive
> Good analytical skills (must know Excel)
> Proactive
> Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment
