Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and communications with the highest level of discretion.
- Draft emails, reports, presentations, and official letters on behalf of the Chairman in both Nepali and English.
Liaison & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with executives, board members, and other key personnel.
Travel & Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate national and international travel, including visas, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Organize company events, board meetings, and special engagements as required.
- Be prepared to travel with the Chairman whenever necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
