    • Implement on timely and effective Performance Management System.
    • Ensure appraisal form is circulated and the reports are compiled in time.
    • Timely compilation report of Performance appraisal to the management.
    • Ensure timely and accurate salary review results.
    5.Talent Management  a.Functional Role;
    • Succession Plan
    • Rotation/Transfer Plan

    b.Administrative Role;
    • Front Desk Management and Proper guidelines for visitors handling activities at CG Foods.

  • Qualification: Civil Engineer/Construction Engineer

    7-10 years of experience in construction of housing /apartment building etc. 

    Similar experience in maintenance of any big housing project/ apartment building shall be given more priority.
