Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling prospective leads, building relationships, and driving conversions for our education consultancy. You will play a pivotal role in helping students find the right programs and services to meet their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients (students and parents) from a provided database to introduce our consultancy services.
Lead Conversion: Identify prospective clients’ needs, provide tailored information, and encourage them to take the next step in the application process.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to ensure timely responses and conversions.
Client Consultation: Explain the benefits of our services, answer inquiries regarding admissions, visa processes, and educational opportunities abroad.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, or education consultancy (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
