- Establishing and maintaining enduring connections with customers.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training sales personnel.
- Making phone calls to prospective customers to discuss firm products and promote purchases.
- Providing customer support and, as necessary, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
- Keeping thorough records of all transactions, customer appointments, and complaints.
- Coordinating with the marketing division to make sure the business is reaching its target market.
- To make sure that the company's products fulfill the needs of the market, product developers are informed of potential product enhancements and adjustments.
- Putting together cost-benefit evaluations for potential and current customers to figure out the best possible buying options
- Examining competitors' products to find out their features, advantages, weaknesses, and marketability.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar subject is preferred.
- Proven sales background.
- Solid understanding of industry rules and sales tactics.
- A track record of success in meeting sales goals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent consultative sales and negotiating skills.
