Descriptions
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue for the hotel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services and facilities.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials such as brochures, social media content, and advertisements.
- Plan and organize events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance the hotel’s visibility.
- Maintain the hotel’s online presence by updating the website and managing social media platforms.
- Operational Support: Work closely with the reservations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide feedback and insights to management to improve services and offerings.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including performance metrics and projections.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Nepali; additional languages are an advantage.
- A pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
