Job Purpose:
The Trainer is responsible for educating and mentoring VBAs and sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement strategies. The goal is to improve overall sales effectiveness and ensure consistent brand messaging across the retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and weekly training sessions for VBAs and retail sales teams.
- Follow up on VBA sales performance and production capacity.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify training needs.
- Provide expert guidance on sales techniques and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
- Report training outcomes and effectiveness to the Retail Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales training or a related role.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of mobile industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct interactive sessions.
