Hotel Kailash Kutee is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to expand the hotel's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to set pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Oversee the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online travel agencies.
- Coordinate with the advertising and public relations teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
