Experience:
For Sales & Marketing Executive (0-1 Year)
For Sales & Marketing Officer (1.5-3 Year)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for international courier services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in international logistics.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Manage social media platforms and online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
- Develop client retention strategies to maximize customer loyalty.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or running can apply
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the logistics or courier industry, or fresher can apply.
- Strong understanding of international courier and logistics services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as needed.
