Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our event management services. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services.
- Manage and update the company’s marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
