Purnaa Enterprises is a 100% percent FDI garment manufacturing company in Nepal. The company requires a highly skilled and qualified Embroidery and Digitization Specialist. A person bearing the following qualification shall only be eligible to apply for the post.

Position: Embroidery and Digitization Specialist

Location: Purnaa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
Reports to: Sewing Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Digitize designs using Melco Design Shop V11 or equivalent within 48 hours.

Create high quality, attractive samples.

Ensure embroidered products meet quality and deadlines.

Optimize equipment use and suggest improvements.

Serve as backup for the Printing Technician.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English.

Self-learner with software skills.

Experience in embroidery software or High Experience with graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop).

Logo digitizing experience; Melco machine experience is a plus.

Benefits:

Salary: Nrs 25,000 – 35,000

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (on-site), occasional flexibility.

Lunch served daily, tea breaks, values training, transportation, and other allowances.
