ON A MISSION TO BUILD AN EMPIRE & LEAVE A LEGACY We have a Glorious Legacy of over a century In 1909, Late Ram Kumar Kedia, laid the foundation of the Organisation. After he migrated from India to Nepal he commenced the business journey as a fabric trader with his sons; Mahabir Prasad Kedia and Brij Lal Kedia. Back in the days they used to sell fabric imported from India through their outlets at Birgunj and Kathmandu. After the demise of our Founder, the hard toil put in by their father was never let down by his descendants. When Nepal was passing through an arduous time in 1933, under the dynamic leadership of Mahabir Prasad Kedia and Brij Lal Kedia the business took its full growth and expanded rapidly in sectors such as agro, steel, textile, food and refinery in Nepal. Kedia also started a hardware business and stepped into the construction sector by forging partnerships with local municipal authorities. Later in the third generation, Late Shankar Lal Kedia, a prominent and visionary industrialist and a social worker, expanded the group business by setting up plants to manufacture corrugated steel, steel furniture, stainless steel and copper utensils, textile, umbrella, socks, wheat flour, among others. The group also focused on importing a number of foreign products by this time. He founded Kautilya, a vernacular business weekly, and also authored more than a dozen books on religion, social service, and literature. Today, the business is being promoted with the harmonious effort of brotherhood. Under the stewardship of Tara Chand Kedia and ably supported by Manoj Kedia, famous for his trade insight and ability to think ahead, the group developed from strength to strength and was able to capture a leadership position in all its key businesses through nonstop esteem creation. The Organisation still maintains a strong presence in Construction, Cement Manufacturing, Automobile, and Banking - which are significant sectors of growth for the country and its people.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning
• Develop Sales Structure of Company, Hiring & Firing process responsibility in
coordination with HR
• Develop new Dealers
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Achieving growth and reaching sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base
and ensure its strong presence
• Provide innovative ideas for business growth
• Make weekly/monthly/yearly sales targets
• Making Individual team sales plan/target area wise at end of F/Y
• Segregation for sales target into channel and projects into quarterly
2. Collection Planning
• Taking ageing reports weekly and follow up accordingly
• Responsibility on collection ensure Secured Sales (Advance/BG/LC) or any other secured
• Sending party ledger/statement monthly for update of sales/collection.
3. Team management
• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
• Tracking team on their job as per given task for better output and guiding team on any
problem/difficulties to achieve their targets.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Interdepartmental liaison
4. Client Management
• Supervising the sales team to build long-term client relationships with dealers
• Negotiate and close agreements with large scale client
• Making monthly visit plan to dealers area wise for business activities

5. Reporting
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Sending compiled reports of team to Directors once a week.
• Sending market scenario reports to Directors every week.
6. Business explores
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
• Doing marketing promotion
Desired Candidate Profile
● Master’s degree in business or related field.
● 10 years of experience in planning and implementing sales strategies of building
● Experience in customer relationship management.
● Experience managing and directing a sales team.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Dedication to providing great customer service.
● Ability to lead a sales team.
