Job Description:
The Marketing Project Manager works directly under the CEOs and is responsible for making sure every marketing campaign and task is executed on time, as planned, and with measurable results.This role does NOT handle creative work — the Creative Manager handles graphics, shoots, and creative output. The Project Manager ensures all teams complete their tasks as scheduled.
1. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Oversee all marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Ensure deliverables (shoots, edits, ads materials, PR posts) are completed on time
- Track campaign timelines, deadlines, and progress
- Ensure campaigns follow the CEOs’ directions and brand vision
2. Cross-Department Coordination
Act as the central connection point between all departments involved in marketing:
- Creative Manager
- Logistics & Operations Manager
- Finance Manager
- Admin
- Designers
- Showroom Managers
- Customer Support
- PR/Influencer Team
- Ensure every department completes their part of the campaign smoothly.
3. Reporting & KPI Management
Prepare complete reports for the CEOs, covering:
- Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics
- Influencer and PR performance
- Photoshoots & creative deliverables
- Offline activations & events
- Campaign ROI, budget vs actuals
- Sales impact and week-on-week KPIs
- Work with each department head to collect accurate data.
4. Process & Project Management
- Maintain a central task sheet / campaign tracker
- Hold weekly coordination meetings with all department heads
- Identify delays or problems and resolve them early
- Ensure the creative team focuses on creativity while you handle execution & follow-ups
- Manage campaign budgets (tracking, not spending)
5. All-Round Marketing Involvement
Be involved in everything marketing-related at company:
- PR drops
- Influencer coordination
- Offline marketing
- Launch calendars
- Shoot planning follow-ups
- Ads reporting follow-ups
- New campaign brainstorming with CEOs
Job Specification
- 2–4 years in marketing, brand management, or project management
- Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or agencies is preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of project management
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing KPIs
- Ability to manage timelines using tools like Excel, Sheets
- Good understanding of production workflow (shoot → edit → launch)
Soft Skills
