Descriptions
- Coordinating with the department head to determine staffing needs and obtaining approval to open a vacancy for the requirement
- Drafting accurate and effective job description
- Communicating with recruiting agency regarding the vacancy
- Screening resumes and applications
- Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements & applicant qualifications with managers
- Managing the interview of candidate by coordinating schedules
- Following up on the interview process status
- Organizing and managing new employee orientation
- Coordinating with the department head for relevant training
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job opening
- Maintaining timely reports on employment activity.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in the related field or Master’s Degree with specialization in Human Resources Management.
- Experience of candidate screening and evaluation will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality
- Understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent coordination, planning and guiding skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
