- Job Responsibilities
- Mobilize the technicians to field support, supervise and monitor new installation at customer premises.
- Maintain the new installation customer list record in Database Configure the IP address in Router/ Switch and provide it to customers
- Support client through email, phone, in case of problem in links .Report to Department Head/ Manager by end of day, on the daily work done.
- Visit Point of Distribution (POD) and check the status of POD i.e. the condition of switch/ router and other related devices
- Checking the status of Internet/ Intranet and MPLS circuit of customers
- Maintain up-time/ down-time records of the customers and the fiber equipment list.
- Work Experience- 2 years of minimum experience of working in an Internet Service Provider.
- Education – BE in Electronics and Communication
