Descriptions
- To handle and manage overall customer support operation
- To generate, prepare and verify the report and forward it to the Supervisor/Management
- To coordinate with Delivery partner
- Coordinate with team/Supervisor depending upon the problem to provide a proper solution to the customer.
Other Specification
- Bachelors in relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory position.
- Leadership abilities with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
- Proficient in MS Office package
