Salesforce Support Engineer

If you love being the pillar of support a client needs when they are stuck between rock and a hard place, we might just have the perfect job for you! We are looking for a bright Salesforce Support Engineer who can relay the perfect support to our clients.The requirements that we expect are; the candidate should be able to provide enterprise-level technical support, able to support via phone, web, email, chat, and other channels as required, and finally he/she should have a background in Engineering or IT Support field.

Responsibilities

  1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  3. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  4.  Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  5.  Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
  6. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  7. Document knowledge in the form of the knowledge base, tech notes, and articles.
  8.  Flexible for rotational shifts for a 24x7 Support (including National Holidays Weekends).

Requirements

  1. At Least bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  2.  Minimum 2 years of experience.
  3.  Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
  4.  Good/Strong experience in Salesforce.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent client-facing skills
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
