Define and manage market surveys to understand overall market trends and select suitable model for Nepal’s Market.
Identify the impacts of these trends for the Electric business & input to the strategy
Regularly meet customers in order to understand customer needs and pain points
Demonstrate the feasibility for Electric business to bring and sell a unique solution value proposition to targeted segments
Responsible for the creation of the Development team vision and targets, working with senior management team to create a cohesive plan to deliver business plan
Responsible for component and system designing, prototyping and testing activities to ensure compliance to all legal and internal targets
Plan and coordinate all vehicle-based tests necessary to support validation and sign off activities
Prepare and maintain in line with business methodologies the forecast budget for all development activities estimating where necessary costs and materials requirements
