Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates across various stages of our hiring funnel
- Establish systematic workflows for recruitment and manage logistical processes, such as talent acquisition, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to develop recruitment strategies and report key metrics as per the organization’s hiring needs
- Assist the HR department with maintaining the candidate information database containing portfolios, assessments, and feedback statuses
- Monitor ongoing hiring processes and ensure timely updates to help the company improve internal communications and candidate experience
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure job descriptions, listings, and other recruitment materials are up-to-date and accurate
- Manage the talent pool for a new position by implementing applicant tracking systems that help organize, categorize, and filter candidates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Recruitment Manager in a similar role
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Familiarity with HR practices and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in recruiting management software, such as Zoho Recruit and applicant tracking systems, such as BreezyHR or GreenHouse
- Familiarity with various recruitment channels and social media groups
- Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills
