- Develop and implement company wide, regional and local marketing communications strategies in coordination with the leadership and key staff.
- Generate compelling marketing content,brand guidelines, highlighting company and project activities, events, achievement and culture.
- Manage and expand relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
- Engage in industry organizations to identify opportunities for HB &E teammembers’ participation in presentations, panels, and other events. Develop marketing content to support these efforts.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and Social media platforms that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Analyze marketing trends and recommend changes in marketing communication strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against the goal.
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree shall be preferred in Business Administration
- Min. 2 years of experience in corporate marketing and communication
- Solid knowledge of Creating Company as a brand
- Proficient inMS Office applications, word and excel.
