Key Competencies & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1- year experience in local cable operator business.
• Excellent communication, Training and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work Independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to relocate at Different Cities as work station.
• Valid driving License with own vehicle is preferred
• Appointing new LCOs across country. Build and maintain relationships with LCO.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with LCOs within assigned territory.
• New agreement/renew/collection in coordination with account, technical and legal department.
• Closely monitor the refund process with billing team.
• Meet or exceed parodic sales targets and KPIs.
• Active involvement in providing training to LCO.
