Education And Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 years of management experience, planning, tracking and managing projects that successfully met timelines and budgets

Position Summary
The Software implementation Officer represents Midas, interfacing directly with customers to understand their needs; implementation of developed technology products for end users, follow procedures to set-up the product, and also train them on how to operate it.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deploy the software following SOP for software implementation
- Provide immediate support to the clients which includes installing and configuring software and computer systems along with addressing their issues and requirements
- Gather requirements and document them and disseminate to the immediate supervisor
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding software and hardware
- Guide the system users in using the system and provide training if necessary
- Test, evaluate the system functionality based on client’s requirements and report if any bugs in the software
- Visit client on regular basis and get regular feedbacks from the client and implement the necessary changes and provide updates to the client about new developments
- Communicating with clients on regular basis
- Act as first line of technical support during implementation cycle
- Provide regular updates to the immediate supervisor about the implementation status and clients expectations
- Prepare reports on the daily work log and client status and report to immediate supervisor i.e implementation in charge. Every hospital have their respective in charge
