Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the communications team and operations assistant to prepare orders for dispatch.
• Ensure all orders are accurately packed, labelled, and dispatched on time to the designated delivery partners.
• Update and maintain dispatch logs and records for reference and tracking.
• Assist with inventory checks and help correct any discrepancies in stock.
• Update stock records accurately in line with dispatched orders.
• Collaborate with delivery companies to schedule and track pickups.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns, and inventory changes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, Inventory management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
◦ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
◦ Knowledge of logistics and inventory management best practices.
◦ Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
◦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
