Duties & Responsibilities of Network Support Team:
- Providing frontline customer support by answering phone calls, emails, or messages from customers who have internet service issues.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to internet connectivity, such as router configuration, and network settings.
- Monitoring network performance and identifying potential problems, then escalating issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Effectively communicating technical information to customers clearly and understandably, including providing step-by-step instructions for issue resolution.
- Provide remote assistance to users by utilizing remote desktop tools, ensuring timely andveffective support for geographically dispersed teams.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base, documenting common issues, solutions, and best practices for the benefit of the support team.
Job Specification:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and friendly approach.
- Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
