Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales of cosmetic products, building relationships with retailers and distributors, and supporting the Area Sales Manager in achieving regional sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:
- Actively promote and sell cosmetic products to retailers and distributors.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Identify new sales opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
2. Market Visits:
- Conduct regular visits to retailers and distributors to ensure product visibility and placement.
- Gather market feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints to maintain strong relationships.
3. Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels at retailer and distributor locations.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products.
4. Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Area Sales Manager.
- Provide insights on market trends and sales performance.
5. Team Support:
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- +2 in related field.
- 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
