Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and onboarding of new restaurants and Bazaar vendors
- Explain the benefits of joining the platform to vendors
- Should look after the contract renewal and be liable for documentation
- Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which items/products are more popular than others.
- Drives strategic negotiations for the growth of Pathao food and Bazaar
- Provides required training on the dashboard and system to vendors
- Assist Food Ops and another team on campaign and promotion
- Merchandise plan in the base of vendor’s tier as per requirement
- Meeting with vendors for negotiations, branding, marketing, or business insights purposes
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors
- Quarterly and yearly Strategic plan for Pathao Food and Bazaar to enhance the business growth
- Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly progress reports
- Duties may change, and team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors Completed or Masters running for an Executive position
- A marketing background will be preferable
- At least 6 months experience for Jr. Executive position
