- Willing to become familiar with the company's vision and mission while working to achieve predetermined goals and objectives. 

- Discovering potential customers and conducting market research.

 - Maintain relationships with current clients while building great relationships with new clients.

- Gathering and keeping up with client data in the CRM database.

- Collaborating collaboratively with employees from all divisions to put growth goals into action.

- Involves the creation and execution of client service and retention plans, as well as the analysis of sales data to advise or update marketing tactics.

- As needed, lend a hand in developing business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other papers.

Requirements 

- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

- 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. 

- Has the capacity to multitask and perform under time constraints. 

- Strong project management and organizing skills. 

- A personable and friendly disposition. 

- Proficient with appropriate software and Microsoft Office.
