VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT 

Prabhu Capital Limited (PCL), one of the leading Merchant Banking Company of Nepal invites applications from dynamic, enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated and passionate Nepalese citizens interested to pursue their career with PCL for the following positions. 

1. Investment Manager - Few 

Education:

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant degrees. CA/CFA highly preferred.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Commercial Banks, or Credit Rating Agency.

 Other qualities:

• Strong understanding of project financing to various corporate industries with high capital investments like Hydropower, Hotel, Tourism or other industries. 

• Adequate knowledge of Financial modelling, Valuation and Credit modelling. 

• Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated knowledge of various valuation techniques and practices. 

• Deep knowledge of private equity investment, and understanding of Private Investment sector of Nepal.

• Understanding of Specialized Investment Fund and related regulatory provisions of SEBON. 

• Ability to make proper financial engineering & financial structuring. 

• Understanding of NRB Directives & Corporate laws. 

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Flexible in travelling to visit private equity sponsors, companies or other industry events on a required basis.

• Ability to work both independently and as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture. 

2. Investment Associate - 1 

Education: 
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant degrees. Master's Degree or CFA level 2 preferred.

 Experience:

• At least 2-year experience in investment banking, Credit Department of Commercial Bank, or Credit Rating Agency or related field. 

• Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application. 

Other qualities:

• Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated knowledge of various valuation techniques and practices. 

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and specially MS-excel with advanced functionalities.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills in English.

• Flexible in travelling to visit private equity sponsors, companies or other industry events on a required basis.

• High level of commitment, Punctual and Motivated towards the job. 

• Strong work ethics and positive attitude.
