About the Role:
We are looking for passionate Japanese Language Teachers to join our academic team. You’ll be teaching students across different proficiency levels, helping them build strong skills in speaking, reading, writing, and listening, while also introducing them to Japanese culture and real-world usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Japanese language classes for N5, N4, A1, A2, and Kanji levels
- Prepare structured lesson plans and teaching materials
- Deliver interactive and learner-centered classes
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Guide students on cultural understanding and exam preparation
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and reports
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth course delivery
Qualifications & Requirements:
- JLPT N3 or higher (mandatory)
- Teaching or tutoring experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Experience living or working in Japan is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage schedules effectively (especially for part-time roles)
- Passion for teaching and student development
