Descriptions
Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related. Professional or similar certification is preferred.
Experience:Minimum 3-4 year of experience as internal auditor in any FMCG or manufacturing sector.
Job descriptions:
- Plan, execute , and report on financial audits , including but not looking limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable , payroll , inventory, and general ledger.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and financial reporting processes.
- Identify and assess areas of financial risk and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws ,and company policies . Review and assess risk management practices and assist in developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within financial operations .
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices and controls.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial and compliance matters.
