About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations to join our team. As the Head of Sales, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations for the company including procurement, inventory management, dispatch, logistics and sales operations. You will be responsible for managing your team and ensuring that the targets are met.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Procurement and inventory management:
- Procurement management from China, Thailand, and USA ∙Coordinating with our team in China
- Order Management from suppliers in China, Thailand & USA 2. Operations Management
- Manage the Operations team in terms of Performance Handling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient e-commerce operations
- Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
3. Logistics management
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods by verifying accurate customer details printing.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics partners to monitor shipments.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and third-party logistics.
4. Performance management
- Craft compelling OKRs, KPIs and track targets to meet the brand's tone , vision and mission
- Implement OKRs and KPIs and track them to ensure the big bets are met every quarter
- Provide supervision and guidance to the operations team through performance management.
- Create work plans and delegate tasks to team members to prevent any backlog.
A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or any other discipline
- Experience in a similar role is preferred ∙Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills ∙Ability to lead and manage teams
