work time: 10 am to 6 pm (10 am to 5 pm winter season)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Provide information about the company's services, products, and offerings to clients and visitors.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or clients as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and client service delivery.
  • Uphold security protocols by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach and a welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
