Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
- Provide information about the company's services, products, and offerings to clients and visitors.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or clients as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and client service delivery.
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges when necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach and a welcoming attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
