Fleet Team Lead

• Maintain and approve the attendance and leave records of the delivery riders on a daily basis understanding the daily availability and necessity of delivery riders.
• Solve the general grievances of the delivery riders by proper counseling and maintain a good team spirit among them.
• Maintain the records of the all payroll issues (for e.g. salary/incentives) of the delivery riders whenever necessary and coordinate with the HR / Finance & Accounts department for necessary handling.
• Monitor and ensure that the delivery riders are abiding by the company policies and code of conduct (discipline, office time, attire, attendance, leave etc.)
• Coordinate with the cross functional departments to manage and facilitate daily operations of the delivery riders. Administer company property provided and ensure its return in good conditions.
• Provide daily/weekly report (whenever required) regarding the requirement of new hiring and replacements of delivery riders for particular fleet team.
• Bridging management and riders relations by addressing suggestions, demands, and other concerns through regular communications.

• Fluency in Nepali /English (Both written & spoken)
