An opening for an Executive-Network Operation Center (4 Nos.) position has been posted by CG Communications Ltd. (CG NET) in Satungal, Kathmandu.

Job Specification:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Networking

Experience: 2+ years

Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

- Establishing and monitoring computer network systems.

- Ensuring that hardware and cable systems are installed safely.

- Monitoring the functionality and performance of computer systems.

- Tracking, recording, and compiling incident reports for network problems.

- Providing network training and responding to user requests.

- Coordinating network security protocols and system backups.

- Executing regular network hardware and software inspections.

- Resolving hardware issues and network alerts.

- Identifying and fixing network issues.

Core Competencies:

- Excellent English and Nepali communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

- Planning skills and proactive attention to detail for tasks that have been given to you.

- The capacity to summarize information using the data at hand.

- Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, and time management skills.
