Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via website, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing customer communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Process customer orders and track their status.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their orders, delivery times, and any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:
Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, communication, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
