Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via website, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in drafting and distributing customer communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
- Process customer orders and track their status.
- Follow up with customers regarding their orders, delivery times, and any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, communication, or a related role preferred.
- Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
