Requirement:
"Should have knowledge on Sketch up, Auto CAD and Lumion (or other rendering software)."
Experience:
i. Minimum 1 year of experience in building and construction industry.
ii. Should have knowledge on Sketch up, Auto CAD and Lumion (or other
rendering software).
iii. Should be familiar with building codes of related authorities of Nepal.
Responsibilities:
i. Take charge of the engineering department.
ii. Designing and drawing residential and commercial buildings.
iii. Structural analysis of residential and commercial buildings.
iv. Cost analysis of buildings as per drawing and structural analysis.
v. Assist in valuation of buildings.
