- Develop recorded video lessons with interactive content featuring quizzes and activities.
- Design content to guide participants from learning basic objects to forming complete sentences.
- Ensure 10% video-based and 90% text-based content for practical understanding.
- Create unlimited virtual rooms to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
- Implement interaction mechanisms platforms with one mentor for every 20 participants. natural habit.
- Introduce and familiarize participants with company apps and resources.
Training and Mentorship
- Train mentors to effectively guide and interact with participants.
- Monitor and manage content creation and delivery timelines.
- Oversee live session schedules and participant progress.
- Provide feedback to mentors on participant engagement.
- Test and refine gamification elements to ensure engagement and learning.
- Coordinate with developers to optimize interactive tools and features.
- Preparation of daily overall report. (Eg. Engagement, interaction, live classes, etc.)
- Design a 30-day work plan, focusing on progressive learning objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of recorded videos and live sessions into the curriculum.
- Plan and execute assessments to track progress and adjust content as necessary.
