Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead generation from target market and drive them through sales cycle
• Onsite client meeting, presentations and demos of our software
• Visit to local bodies and creating good PR
• Prepare and submit proposals of our software to clients.
• Negotiation with stake-holders
• Up-to-date with business trends
• Drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Meeting targets assigned by management
• Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs
• Executing marketing policies set by management.
• Working closely with management and reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
• Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success
• Payment Collections
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Should have strong analytical skill and interpersonal skill
• Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint etc.
• Should be able to work on deadlines and bring result on time
• Conflict resolution
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Experience working to and exceeding targets
